Media Access Denied

Mainstream news organizations DENIED (18) MEDIA (9) ACCESS (18) by the PENTAGON (22).

Replaced by right-leaning media, that do not adhere to journalist standards.

Never mind that no matter how you do the math, media out-scores the Pentagon.

POLITICO (26) out. HuffPost in.

NYTimes (24) out. NY Post in.

NBC (8) out. One America News in.

NPR (11) out. Breitbart in.

How is that possible?

First, we have a president that needs adoration.

Second, there’s a neophyte running the Pentagon.

Third, in 1987, at the urging of Ronald Regan, the “Fairness Doctrine” was tossed. That doctrine was adopted after WWII, as a means of insuring that FCC license holders presented  “issues of public importance fairly,” always “reflecting differing viewpoints.”
