Only Fascists Arrest Judges

Our current dictatorial president, is bending the law to his will, when and wherever he can. To facilitate his consolation of authoritarian power, Trump has installed inexperienced devotees in positions of power, ideological zealots who eagerly bend to his will. All of them flouting the Constitution of the United States.

Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan became his latest target, arrested and charged with two felonies. Thus, today, over 300 people raised their voices in protest at local FBI headquarters.

Without a judicial warrant signed by a judge, Judge Dugan was not obligated to allow ICE into her courtroom. Nor did she. Rather, she recommended the agents to see the Chief Judge and remove themselves from the premises

.

In fact, the ICE officers had only an administrative warrant, which they sign themselves. These warrants only allows ICE the authority to make arrests in public spaces. The courthouse, and thus a courtroom within the courthouse, is an “nonpublic forum.”

The arrest of Judge Hannah Dugan, at the behest of two of Trump’s ideological devotees, FBI Director, Kash Patel and Attorney General, Pam Bondi, is yet another attack on the judiciary by this Fascist administration. 

Only fascists arrest judges. Truths Matter.
