How is it possible that a sitting Wisconsin state court judge, Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee County, is arrested and charged with two felonies?

Easy.

We have a Fascist “leader,” who has taken control of our government bending the law to his will. In the process Trump has installed inexperienced devotees in positions of power, ideological zealots who eagerly bend to his will. All of them flouting the Constitution of the United States.

Let’s be clear.

Without a judicial warrant signed by a judge, Judge Dugan was not obligated to allow ICE into her courtroom, nor did she. Rather, she recommended the agents to see the Chief Judge and remove themselves from the premises.

The ICE officers had only an administrative warrant, which only allows ICE the authority to make arrests in public spaces. The courthouse, and thus a courtroom within the courthouse, is an “nonpublic forum.”

Today, one week later.

Judge Hannah Dugan is arrested and charged with two felonies at the behest of two of Trump’s ideological devotees: FBI Director, Kash Patel and Attorney General, Pam Bondi.

The new Gestapo. Different name. Same game.
